These Terms & Conditions govern your use of waterbydave.com and the Water by Dave text-messaging program operated by Dave Ross, operating as Water by Dave. By using the website, you agree to these terms. SMS participation is subject to the separate consent you provide.

1. PROGRAM NAME

The messaging program is called Water by Dave.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Water by Dave sends conversational and informational text messages to people who request information through waterbydave.com. Messages may answer residential-water questions, provide requested information about whole-home filtration or under-sink reverse osmosis, follow up on submitted forms, and coordinate consultations. If you separately opt in to marketing, occasional promotional or service-update messages may also be sent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST

Message frequency varies according to your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

4. OPTING OUT AND REJOINING

Reply STOP to any Water by Dave message to cancel. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message and will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new form with the applicable SMS consent box checked or otherwise provide a new valid opt-in.

5. HELP

Reply HELP for assistance. You may also submit a question through the contact form at waterbydave.com.

6. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside Water by Dave’s control.

7. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important. Review the Privacy Policy at https://waterbydave.com/privacy-policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are handled as described in that policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

8. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be authorized to use the telephone number you provide. Do not misuse the website or messaging program, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
